My name is Bryson Jackson and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Occupational Health Nurse for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cornelia, GA. Details for the positions are as follows:
Job Description:
PAY RATE: $28 PER HOUR
DURATION: 4
MONTHS
Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years experience in nursing!!!!!
ability to conduct and provide health profiles/screenings, health evaluations, health promotion education and drug screenings following written/demonstrated protocols; ability to effectively document interaction and outcomes of employees seen; ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster an effective occupational health, wellness and safety program.
1. Competent with Venipuncture or finger sticks
2. Ability to conduct and provide health profiles/screenings, health evaluations, health promotion education and drug screenings following written/demonstrated protocols; ability to effectively document interaction and outcomes of employees seen; ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster an effective occupational health, wellness and safety program.
3. Computer Skills needed (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Email). Previous experience within a manufacturing facility is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum education required for competent performance:
Associates Nursing or Medical Assistant (MA)
Minimum
Experience:
5 years
IV. Volume or unit measure of job duties:
Work varies, will be seeing employees that are having their yearly lab work completed. Mainly sedentary work with some data entry.
V. Equipment usage and abilities needed:
Glucometer, Cardiocheck
