CHAMPS , CFF evaluations and projectionsGoes for breakthrough results by partnering with the RGM to analyze the financialperformance of their restaurant to understand trends and how their restaurant compareswith competitors (strive to be best on block)Partners with RGM to ensure staffing levels are in place to grow top line salesEnsures restaurant plans and marketing initiatives are in place and being implementedIntentionality to LeadFocuses the team on solving problems rather than reacting to themTakes advantage of every opportunity, both formal and informal, to enhance theirleadership skillsIs committed to helping others grow and develop in their roleRequirements:
Arrive at work on timeFlexible schedulingFollows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens,etc.
)Regular access to personal vehicleAble to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feetAble to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feetAble to stand and walk for a majority of work shiftFollows KFC cash handling safety and security proceduresAdheres to KFC and City/State/United States safety requirementsKnowledge of and compliance with KFC's Human Resources policies and processesSalary:
$28 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
