This is my elderly father's house.
His children will be paying.
We would like twice a month regularly.
We would like bed linens changed and started in wash.
First time cleaning would need to be more intense like baseboards and light fixtures.
Most floors are hardwood.
2 bedrooms are carpet.
There is one extra room he uses as a den.
It's a small room.
Salary:
$12 per hour.
